Weston-super-Mare’s Love Island hunk, Jake Cornish, has vowed to not do anything “differently” when he walks back into the villa for ITV2’s Love Island All Stars.

The 26-year-old is full of confidence at finding love this time around despite his ex Liberty Poole also coming back to the show, and the fact that he didn’t endear himself with viewers last time around with his admittance about his thoughts on Liberty.

Jake will fly the flag for Weston-super-Mare in the new series, which sees Love Islanders from across seven series return to the villa for a second bite at the cherry and hope to come back to the UK with the love of his life.

He was feeling bullish about his return and admitted that he wasn’t worried about seeing any exes and having to spend hours each day with them in close quarters.

Jake said: “Well there is only one and that’s Liberty. We never ended with any bad blood between us and everything happens for a reason. We just become two different people in the end.”

Despite there being a bit of a negative ending to his last time in the villa, Jake insists that he will be looking to do same again this time around. He said: “There is nothing major I would do differently but I have definitely matured in the two years since first being on the show.”

Jake continued: “I look at things differently and respond differently. When it comes to people’s opinions, I don’t sit on the fence anymore. That is my way of life now, so I will take that into the Villa.”

Last time in the villa it was all going well for Jake, who was partnered with Liberty as the live final loomed before he revealed that he wasn’t as attracted to her as he had made out.

Unsurprisingly, Liberty was not best pleased and their relationship went downhill fast along with public opinion on Jake. A return on Love Island All Stars means that Jake has a chance to redeem himself and do himself and Somerset proud.
